Position Overview
We are looking for a General Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will play an essential part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and organizing office operations and procedures.
- Preparing documents and managing correspondence (including letters, emails, documents).
- Preparing official letters to the external institutions.
- Arranging travels and accommodations.
- Managing office supplies stock and placing orders.
- Procurement activities: researching key suppliers, negotiating purchase agreements, and ensuring all products and materials meet company standards.
- IT equipment assignment and keeping evidence for the whole equipment.
- Tracking inventory and submitting purchase orders as needed.
- Supporting corporate marketing department.
- Organizing events.
- Preparing various reports.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in administrative and organizational positions.
- Experience in organizing office procedures.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent communication skills with close attention to detail.
- Fluent in English language.
